The inspiration for this project came to me as I was browsing various COSI-related websites. I came upon the status.net page, used by some of the COSI students to update the club on various activities. However, this page was largely unused and I viewed it as untapped potential. Imagine a world where students and achines both used this page to inform their fellow teammates of the comings and goings, and imagine this all being accessible on an easy--use tool on your phone. Thus, the idea for COSIApp was bor: An app to access, read, and write to status.net from your phone.
