Chen Liu
Dr. Liu currently is an assistant professor in the
Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at
Clarkson University, Potsdam, New
York.
He received his B. E. in Electronics and Information Engineering in 2000 from University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), M. S. in Electrical Engineering in 2002 from University of California, Riverside (UCR), and Ph. D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2008 from University of California, Irvine (UCI), respectively. From 2008 to 2012, Dr. Liu was an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Florida International University (FIU).
Dr. Liu's research interests include:
multi-/many-core architecture,
multi-threading
architecture, the interaction between system software and
microarchitecture, power-aware
computing, hardware acceleration techniques, and virtual machine management.
Dr. Liu is a member of IEEE, IEEE Computer Society, ACM, ACM SIGARCH, ACM SIGMICRO, and ASEE. |
