EE 321 Signals and Systems

Homework:

There will be approximately 8-10 assignments throughout the session and each will be due at the begining of the class. Each assignment will be graded on a scale of 0 to 10. The solution to all homework problems will be distributed.

Hour Exams:

Monday, March 3, in class
Monday, April 7, in class

The hour exams, as well as the final exam, will be Closed book and closed notes, although one 81/2" x 11" (both sides) help sheet may be used. Make-up exams will be given if the student misses an exam for valid medical reasons.

Grading policy:

The course grade will be determined from a weighted average on the normalized homework and exam grades. The weights will be:

Homework 15%, Hour exams - 25% each, Final exam - 35%.

The following scale will be used to convert numerical grades to letter grade:

A(90-100 %), B+(85-89.9 %), B(80-84.9 %), C+(75-79.9 %)

C(70-74.9 %), D+(65-69.9 %), D(60-64.9 %), F(0-59.9 %).
