Spring 2015 MP Credit

This semester I took 2 credits of MP351. I also took 1 credit of Directed Study with Professor Searleman.

This semester, I was a lab director and lead the Core Maintainers group.

I assisted in the setup (software and hardware) of:

I also worked on several projects, specifically:

For my directed study credit, I worked with Professor Searleman on the labs for CS241. This entailed the set up of psyduck, a virtual machine, and setting up Fedora, SELinux, and the webserver to run the code for the labs in the class. Additionally, I worked to modify these scripts to work better in our environment. The bomb lab was modified to speak SMTP, rather than calling out to a (potentially unavailable) sendmail. Several bugs were fixed in the automated grader for the buffer lab. With the release of the new book and new course/lab material, I wrote documentation for future instructors in the processes and procedures used in setting up the newest version of the lab software.
