First Half of Semester

I have a working GUI that can encrypt any file using DES, triple DES, or AES with any size key that works with these algorithms. The key is random and strong. This may not necessarily be the case if it were password-based. In the end I would like to have this be much more robust, but it is currently just a graphical tool for encrypting files with DES, T-DES, AES.

Second Half of Semester

I wrote documentation and packaged up the cryptography program. This is now available for use by anyone. I helped get the cluster up and running. This was a relatively painless process because there were packages for it for Fedora. We want to switch to OpenMPI for next semester because this is much more up-to-date. I have spent time writing the front end for our queuing system for running programs on the cluster. This uses php and a mysql database. In fact, I learned a lot about how php handles file uploads even though I have worked with php and databases before. Code/completions
